Fire outbreak at FAAN’s headquarters claims no life

A major fire at the headquarters of the Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria (FAAN) is currently crippling activities at the Murtala Muhammed Airport and causing massive traffic build-up along the Ikeja –Agege Motorway.
Airport users are presently facing difficulty assessing the area as traffic snarl has built up around the area and adjoining roads.

FAAN fire service were battling to put out the inferno as at press time.
As at the time of filing this report, no one knows the cause of the fire, where it started from or the extent of damage it has caused only that the impact has left passengers trekking to their destinations and a long queue of vehicles.
Workers were seen watching after they have been moved to safety from the inferno and are awaiting the fire services to finish their jobs
