FAAN sets up task force on traffic management
The Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria [FAAN] has notified passengers and other airport users that in a bid to foster effective land-side traffic management, the Murtala Muhammed Airport, Lagos has constituted a task force to ensure improvement in the flow of vehicular traffic.
The objective of the task force, which is made up of officers from the aviation security department and other relevant security agencies shall be to control vehicular movement, prevent unauthorized parking at terminal forecourts/curbsides and enforce the drop-off/pick-up zone policy of the airport.
Passengers and drivers are therefore advised to please cooperate with the officials and ensure compliance to the guidelines given by the officers.
