NCAA warns private jet owners against illegal flights
The Nigeria Civil Aviation Authority (NCAA) has warned holders of Permit for Non-Commercial Flight (PNCF) also known as private jet owners to desist from engaging in commercial flight operations forthwith or face stiff penalties.
