Omni-Blu wins appeal, gets back AOC
Omni-Blu Aviation Limited has won an appeal against the decision of the Nigeria Civil Aviation Authority (NCAA) revoking its Air Operator Certificate (AOC). The aviation regulatory body had on January 30th, 2025 on allegations of infringement of Part 1.2.1.5 Nig.CARs.
