Africa and Latin America carriers experienced a decrease in year-on-year in freight demand for December, 2018 according to the International Air Transport Association (IATA). This is contained in IATA full-year 2018 data for global air freight markets showing that demand, measured in freight tonne kilometers (FTKs) grew by 3.5 per cent compared to 2017.
