NCAA suspends ValueJet pilots’ licenses over pre-departure clearance violation

Two ValueJet pilots’ licenses have been suspended by the Nigeria Civil Aviation Authority (NCAA) for what it described as a serious breach of aviation safety protocols at the Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport, Abuja. Rano airplane suffers engine failure, smoke in cabin, flight deck mid air

A Rano aircraft with registration number 5N-BZY experienced failure on its engine 1 as smoke was noticed in the cabin and flight deck. Oxygen masks were donned.
