African airlines’ cargo volume up by 17%
The International Air Transport Association (IATA) has released data for January 2024 global air cargo markets indicating a strong start to 2024. During the month in review, African airlines saw their air cargo volumes increase by 17.0% with much improved compared to December’s performance (-1.2%).
