Konga Online Shopping Limited’s has reacted to media publication alluding that the firm takes so long to make refunds to customers after order failure.
A self-acclaimed customer, Mayowa Olakunle in a publication entitled, “Konga, Why Take Eternity Refunding To Customer After Order Failure?
A statement by PR & Government Relations Manager, Konga Online Shopping Limited, Mrs. Oluwayemisi Mafe said by Konga’s record, they do not have a customer named Mayowa Olakunle, adding that none of their spokesperson goes by the name Ms. Foluke as reported.

She stated that Konga as a customer-centric company protects its customers and help make everything right when they shop on their platform.
Her words, “Konga has a buyer protection policy which protects customers if the item ordered does not arrive, is damaged, or is substantially different from what was ordered. We therefore advise the writer of that story to desist in misleading the populace as we would never be involved in any unethical transaction which can bring our name to disrepute as we provide an online marketplace deserving of your trust”.
