Nigeria is continuing to be a fertile ground for international carriers as many airlines have shown readiness to begin flight services to the country.
The sweet lucre offered by lucrative route in Nigeria has made Cape Verde, an island country spanning an archipelago of 10 volcanic islands in the central Atlantic Ocean with a population of 546,388 the latest to be designate Cabo Verde Airlines which will begin flight services to Lagos December 9, 2019.
The airline’s top hierarchy comprising Bjarnason, CEO & President and other top executives of the airline would next week Tuesday hold media briefing/launch to announce plans for the airline’s service commencement on December 9, 2019.
The Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays and Sundays.
Cabo Verde says it will operate a Boeing 757 with 161 economy class seats and 22 executive seats.
The announcement comes amid a flurry of expansion announcements for the West-African nation’s flag carrier.
It recently announced new routes to Angola, Brazil and Washington DC, while its international network also includes Dakar, Lisbon, Milan, Paris and Rome.
